Farm Trade Day

Duane Painter - 8/9/2025

Post 4850 hosted our first Farm Trade Day today.  Vendors were on hand selling small livestock such as sheep, chickens, and rabbits.  Other goods were for sale today, including baked goods, honey, and home made crafts.  Several of our vendors left before the closing time of 1pm due to having sold out of their stock.  Our Post intends to host Farm Trade Days on the second and fourth Saturdays each month, March through November.
We thank the vendors who attended our first Farm Trade Day and the members of the community who came by and supported these local businesses.  We would like to express our gratitude to the two veterans who stopped at our table and expressed interest in joining our Post.
